Cooking dinner, lunch, and breakfast is easy.
Misua Soup Ingredients:
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1 small bundle or 2 oz.. misua (sold in Oriental food stores)
2 Tbsp. vegetable or corn oil
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 cup ground pork loin
4 cups water
1/4 cup chopped scallions
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
Misua Soup Cooking Instructions:
Break down noodles into 3-inch lengths. Heat oil in a medium saucepan.
Stir fry garlic and onion and then Pour in pork and brown. Pour in water, salt and pepper.
Bring to a quick boil. Slowly pour in raw, beaten eggs.
Pour in misua and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with scallions. Serves 4.
